^ There was a number of players competing for two opening spots, Amla & Watson were clear stand outs. Would of been nice to have Shewag but he was a bit inconsistent during the competition. Tendulkar slotted in nicely at three, plus that's where he scored his century in Southern Rocks last match. Tendai Chisoro was the standout local bowler (who is playing for Southern Rocks) Malinga beat him though with his extra wicket and better average with the ball.
