they have Shahdat Hossain, but i dont think he is playing. and Nazmul Hossain was in the last tour. and team will fly to ZIm from there, so obviusly Nazmul is playing. so i added him just incase

Actually, Utseya should be a bowling All-rounder. Why have you made him a batting all-rounder?

He wouldn't bat higher than 8 for other nations, but does bat pretty high for Zimbabwe. Better bowler than batsman, bowling allrounder is more suitable.

what do i do with Shakib. i kept him as batting all, b/c thats how we did it in the past. but he calls himself a bowling all.

Just look at his stats and go from there. Usually guys with a bowling average under 30 are in the bowling all rounder category. Batters above 40 average more in the batting all rounder. If they have both then do what you think they are.
