Pakistan's tour of England - August/September - 3 Tests/3 T20Is

Apart from Sobers and Simpson
Yup, Sobers scored 365* followed by Simpson's 311, followed by Nair's 303*! Two of the top 3 in that stats remain not out! I think Sobers 365 was against Pakistan as well?

Yes against Pakistan on 26th Feb 1958 at Kingston in Jamaica.

If you wanted to take even the smallest, tiniest opening provided by the opposition, what would you do? Bring back your strike bowlers and set an attacking field, right?
What does Azhar do? Keep at it with the part-timer. :facepalm

He was a bad captain when he was the One-Day captain, and now he's gotten even worse. There's no better example of that than the 1st Test where his dumbass captaincy literally gifted the win to the opposition after dominating them for the most part of the game, because he had no clue what to do when he had the slightest of disadvantages.

Granted that Woakes and Buttler played exceptionally well in that situation, but they were left off the hook early on.

Say what you want about Sarfaraz, he was an ordinary batsman, an ordinary wicket-keeper but he knew what he was doing for the most part as a captain.

It only took Shafiq two overs to get Crawley out, maybe he should've been on sooner.:p

What will England want: just leave themselves an hour of bowling tonight?

I swear to God, if they collapse like a house of cards when batting...
