What is the Best tennis game for any console, prefferably PC?

Is it Top Spin 2?...Or is it Virtual Tennis 3...?

Any Tennis game, please tell me which you think is best.

Well i don't know which to et. Top Spin 2 came out in December 2006 and Looks ace whilst Virtua Tennis 3 looks great and came out late March 07...

well, I suggest you get the later one, but take into account gameplay, graphics etc.

I downloaded the demo of Dream Match Tennis Online - it's not bad. The player models don't look right and the animations aren't very good though. You could be standing two feet away from the ball and hit it more often than you do if you are standing half a foot away from it. The graphics and sounds overall are alright though, and of course online play.

Yeah but the shots are well coded, timing and position affecting them and being able to make any shot from anywhere. It is the only game that simulates tennis imo, the others are arcade games.

You're right, Virtua Tennis was and still is found in arcades along the coast - a console game came from that!

VT 3 is fab in two player mode, but lacks in singleplayer. The career mode is rubbish, all you do is play the same players over and over again! Why can't they put a load of made up players (or give us the ability to d/l new real players) in the game? Also, I want proper full length tournaments, not ones that start at the bloody quarter finals!!! Finally, why do tennis games force you to complete a whole bloody tournament before letting you save! The only one that didn't do that was Tennis Masters 2003 on PC, the best all round tennis game I've played! It had a proper career mode, you could save literally whenever you wanted, even during a point and it had good, challenging gameplay. The only thing it didn't have was good sound (although I got round that with a bit of editing) and real players! Other than that, it was great!

VT3 and Top Spin need to remember that they're released on games where you can save, not sodding arcade machines!

How many players has Top Spin 2 got and has it got proper full length tournaments with a decent save option?
