Is it possible to edit the club teams prior to entering your career? Would love to be able to assign some smaller grounds to the teams rather than having club games played in huge stadiums.
For spin bowling, do very similar to what blocker suggested. Bowl stock deliveries (leg/off spin) and very length slightly using the triggers and vary the flight/bounce. Then chuck in the odd change up delivery (top spinner, slider/arm ball etc.) and the batsmen often mishit their shots
Hey guys, I haven't really been around PC for the lead up to DBC17 but just wanted to send a huge thanks to those putting in all the time and effort into the OP teams. Some really quality creations there.
@Fissionmailed just to let you know, your South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia...
I'm sure any man and his dog could do a better job at advertisement and promotion than Tru Blu, so it'll be interesting to see what impact an actual advertisement agency has.
Going along with the fantastic club grounds, back in school I was fortunate enough to go on a tour to Auckland and its surroundings. Two incredible grounds stood out: one out of Auckland that overlooked fields and a mountain range and then another that was right on the sea - 50 odd metres from...
As long as the challenges/expectations are relevant and realistic. A lot of sport games try these, and end up coming up with some ridiculous or unrealistic goals that don't even suit your skill set and position.
Oh really? I always ended up playing it as my go-to shot to score runs and release pressure in all forms of the game, and found that I could premeditate and play it successfully against nearly any delivery. My wagon wheel often looked a bit like blocker's did except flipped. Maybe I just had a...
I personally always found the leg-side flick/glance/push towards square quite overpowered as well, no real risk to play across your pads unless your timing was really off.
Ahh okay, I have no idea about the eligibility criteria - just see a lot of experienced cricketers finish their careers playing only in England. Isn't there that Kolpak rule or something like that? What's that entail?
I know in NBA 2K users can upload images to the 2K server which you can then use in-game as logos, so I guess it could be possible through the academy.
That's a great idea and it'd be great if it could be implemented, but could it possibly be infringing some sort of copyright or cause a licensing issue? The problem being it is then acknowledging that the created player is in fact representing the certain real-life player which then may require...
I'm not sure if this is the case, but one might assume he can earn more money in county cricket and if that's true than that explains why he's going to play over there, given he sees little chance of an international recall. If he's only playing in England then he doesn't count as an overseas...
McKay was very underrated for what he did for our ODI team, an incredible record. Followed in the footsteps of Nathan Bracken as an ODI specialist, I wouldn't say Australia has anyone to play that role right now. Good on him
I think the hope is an actual game mode that is coach/team management. I remember this kind of game mode was in the original plans of DBC14 but Ross said they didn't think it was up to scratch and they left it out. Hopefully/I'd assume they've been improving it and it might be included in DBC17...
