Fraud taking the man of the match from other deserving candidates today..

Hang on, Kohli just said it's his last T20I World Cup and his last T20I game... :crying:

Some fries would go well with that extra salt mate.
We were shit and have been playing badly for ages with aging talent who’s been out of form for years and a team that’s been wildly inconsistent in performance and selections, this has been known for ages and got lucky to get to the semis I don’t care. But the facts still remain that India dwarfs the rest of the cricketing world in terms of talent pool size and investment in the sport, realistically they should reaching every final if not actually winning every tournament under the sun comfortably so to be at the circumference where it’s a first major win in a decade is kinda serious mismanagement and poor from everyone involved

Your country had a century of international cricketing experience and it took the twelfth ODI World Cup with an umpiring error and an obscure rule for your lot to win it.

Pretty much every Indian fan on here has acknowledged the mismanagement that has occurred regardless in this board and team so if you’re bringing it up when they’re all happy then you’re either extremely salty or being a sourpuss deliberately, pick your poison.

Almost feels like a legacy award with his retirement speech.

Not the day to complain though, tonight we celebrate. :cheers

Unexpected Indian victory here. Have to say SA bottled it. It was theirs to lose and they lost it.

Virat as MOTM highly unexpected and uncalled for. Should have been either Bumrah or Hardik.

Hardik got 2 jammy wickets in the 20th over when 16 off 6 was required

The game was lost by SA before Hardik bowled the last over.

Don’t think it’s a coincidence that India finally win a trophy when Bumrah and Hardik are both fit and firing. The two most irreplaceable players in the team IMO.
