Not many players have been picked yet who were on my shortlist, but this was definitely one of them - great pick

It’s easy to overlook Fred Grace, because he bagged a pair in his only test and didn’t take a wicket. But he died 2 weeks later, otherwise he’d have almost certainly improved on that bad start.

A genuine all rounder and genuine fast bowler, he costs nothing and tenatively sits at number 7 for now, bowling first change if the rest of my team develops as I hope.
