I can only suggest checking things like your NAT type and connection to PSN using the built in internet connection test. If you have the option to try using a different internet connection that's worth trying as well.

What I'm referring to in terms of not "fully managing" is that there won't be a direct option to pick which of two clashing events you play, but different international matches occurring at the same time is an error and that's something that is something that work is ongoing to resolve.

Fair play is an aspect of the scoring system not the only thing, but we fully expect that there will be a need to balance the fair play system based on how users are actually playing, we just need to see how it plays out for a bit before we can get some real data on what aspects the fairness...

In this specific update, or have you not played on the last few updates? We've been investigating a number of reports of this and this patch should have made some slight improvements, not further reductions - so want to verify for sure where the comparison point is.
