@kunalchdha Is this in the player creator or the uniform creator? If its in the player creator, perhaps you have "Use Supplied Kit" turned on, which indicates that the player will wear the item provided by the team uniform he is wearing (if one is provided)

What spec is the video card? And try updating the drivers for it.
