Order was shipped on April 5 and have absolutely no idea where it is. No tracking provided. No updates given. Called customer service and was told to sit tight and wait.

It says tracking is available depending on the type of delivery chosen. In my case, it's just standard delivery (3-10 days) and even though there is some kind of reference number provided I don't know if it's a tracking number per se.

Sorry, my intention isn't to mislead anyone. All I want is some clarity to the conflicting information I'm getting.

I placed my order on March 25. When I called their customer service yesterday (April 4) I was told they had it in stock and would only ship it after April 15.
Today I get an email saying they're out of stock. Something isn't adding up.

You should not have been charged for anything to begin with. They only charge you if they've shipped the game.
No shipping = zero charge = no refund.
I think that's how it works.
Update for folks who have ordered from ImportCDs.
The product page for the game now lists the release date as April 1. My order details have been updated to reflect this.
Previously it was listed as April 15.
Hopefully they'll ship soon. :)

However, what I'm most disappointed by is the fact that they are just sitting on the stock they have. I can't understand the logic behind it.
