In India, a game of 10overs/side is been played named Gulli Cricket. Lol.
Btw 10overs match are very rubbish. I must say. Looking forward to it funkyy !

FIXTURES
The fixtures for the two pool of the 10-10 World Cup 2009 has been announced. Pool A consisted of the Mighty Aussies , India , England. Other than this strong team the pool also consisted of Nambia, Kenya and Netherlands. Pool B consisted of Sri Lanka , Pakistan , South Africa and New Zealand. The pool also had weak teams like Bangladesh, Zimbabwae and Canada. Here are the fixtures:-
Note:- I will be playing as Australia, South Africa , England and India.

Nice start here. Group one is very strong and should be a good one. Can't pick who will win that one actually. But I think South Africa will win pool B and I think Bangladesh might pull off an upset or two.

Nice start, Funknath. I'll go out on a limb and say Group B will be slightly tighter than Group A, but they both should be good.

India vs West Indies ( Pool A 1st Match)
Toss:- WI won the Toss and elected to bowl first
Squad:-
FIRST 3 Overs Update
Sehwag and Gambhir opened the batting for India and Bradshaw opened the bowling for West Indies. Gambhir played the first two balls of the first over defensively. He took a single in the third ball and gave strike to Sehwag and Sehwag took strike. He smashed a four of Bradshaw ball but couldnot score any run in the last two balls. Gambhir took strike in the next over. Collymore was going to ball. Gambhir was out the first ball. He was caught by Lara. Sachin joined Sehwag. Sachin took a single to get of the mark. Sehwag faced the next delivery where he took a double. Next ball again he took a double. Sehwag and Sachin took one risky double and Sehwag was safe from a run out and India were 1 down for 11 after 2 overs. There was no firing still now from the Indians. Sachin tried to go over the top but couldnot connect it. They took a single tried to take a double but they couldn't. Sehwag was on strike . Sehwag smashed a four as India were now looking for some boundaries.
Sehwag took a single in the next delivery to give Sachin strike. Bradshaw gave a yorker Sachin tried to play of the flip of the wrist but couldnot do it and the ball hit the pads. Bradshaw did a huge appeal the umpire took few seconds to make the decision and the finger was up. Sachin was out. Kaif replaced him. Kaif tried to go over the top but was caught by the fielder. Ganguly came in to play the hattrick ball. Bradshaw gave a wide ball and missed the chance to take a hattrick. Ganguly took a single in the last ball to retain strike and India were 3 down for 19 after the 3rd Over.
