Based on what. He didn't play the warmup. Unless the pitch is a green seamer SA will play the 2 spinners and Tsosobe won't bench either of steyn or parnell.

You know what really get's me about Wayne Parnell. Tim Southee looked like the better prospect at the under 19 world cup 18 months ago. Fast-forward to now and Parnell is 10X the bowler because he hasn't been pushed in and out of international cricket, South Africa are slowly bringing him in.

Take notice New Zealand cricket. You might have ruined Southee but for the love of god don't do it too anyone else.

On the match. Picking South Africa to win by 5-6 wickets, unless Dilshan goes mad with the bat.

sri lanka are too hot and cold for no.1 team, too reliant on outstanding individual performances rather than solis consistency. but they are a good tournament team.

world cup final, Asia cup champions, twenty20 finals, they've done better the longer the tournament.

of course they've had a few stinkers as well, they were poor in the first twenty20 WC and in the world series they last played were demolished by india and australia. that compaq cup thing wasn't really a tournament (though 1 win a piece to india and SL they hardly embarassed themselves)
