An exceptional morning session for Canada, who were asked to bat first on a typical Kandy wicket. Graham White races to 73 from a mere 92 deliveries with the aid of 15 fours, giving his team a solid standing ground. Couple of wickets tumbled to England's spinners, but all-in-all, it was certainly a session that belonged to Canada.

Martin Terry continues his enviable form with another magnificent innings currently in play. England have really struggled with the ball so far, with Canada scoring at nearly 4-an-over on an out-and-out bowling-friendly wicket, in the Nations League Final no less. They need something big to happen, and they need it quick.
