Looks almost game over for Ireland. 2 back to back upsets against Sri Lanka... Looks like they are the best associate nation right now.
When the batting fires they'll beat anyone but that's probably a 1/3 chance.Insane spell of bowling from Nabi! 4 overs 2 maidens 3 wickets and 2 runs! Wow! West Indies although have power hitters, looks like they have too many eggs in the basket situation. I see them easily getting knocked out in the group stage.
This would be the ideal XI but they will fit in Hardik for Ishan for sure, I don't have any hopes from them, maybe MS' input makes a difference though.Based on the two warmups so far, it feels like Ishan Kishan has got himself in a good position to play in the main XI. It is now between Surya and Hardik. I think if Hardik is not going to bowl, Surya should be picked. Maybe a big clue was given out today from Rohit's statement about himself/Kohli/Surya chipping in with a few overs of bowling when needed. It points to the fact that Hardik is not ready for bowling.
Hardik is a good hitter but his utility rapidly diminishes without his bowling skills and with the presence of big hitters/finishers like Pant, Jadeja. My XI for Game 1 vs Pakistan would be:
Rohit
Rahul
Kohli
Ishan
Surya
Pant
Jadeja
Ashwin
Bhuvneshwar
Shami
Bumrah

I think all teams can technically still qualify, although it'd take some extraordinary results.Just read that Scotland can be eliminated even after winning two matches if they loose against Oman.. interesting! So all 3 have a chance. I hope PNG win making Scotland and Oman qualify but that is saying something that is so difficult not impossible.
He is the one to watch out for this tournament.VD Dussen you beauty! Great ton
Easy win this for Bangladesh. They would win by atleast 80-90 runs!!!!Nobody jinx them... NOBODY JINX THEM
