With all that weak team bashing from my side, I feel it's very difficult to comeback being the least known side in the tournament where everyone wrote them off after that 97 all out in the opening game. And to comeback from that position to knock out Ireland who were serious contenders for Super 12's is just a serious turn around.

Hats off to their characters and the incredible belief that Namibia had as a team!!!!!

It wouldn't be right for us to burden them with an expectation that they must compete with the opposition. You just take whatever comes from them and appreciate them when they turn up!!

I did say few days back that WI looks really doubtful to make it out of this group, but this was a disaster of epic proportions. The batting of West Indies is going to struggle on these tired UAE pitches and with no Sunil Narine on their side and having spinners of very light experience, I dont see them making the semifinals. They dont seem to have a Plan B. Best exemplified by their captain, who decides to take on Adil Rashid in that 12th over of the innings when WI were 7 wickets down with less than 50 on the board.

I think they've got a better spinner in Hayden Walsh and with Narine being not the best of options with the bat it doesn't make much of a difference.

Maybe their approach is the main thing to focus. On most days it would come off but on other days disasters like these would tend to happen. Pretty much the same thing with England. Both these sides were evenly matched if England had Stokes.

Well that was such a pathetic performance from West Indies. Did not expect that from them. Pollard, Russel, Hetmyer & Gayle have been in UAE for so long and being the senior men, they should have known what to expect. This is the reason there should not be any qualifiers. Smaller nations on one of their day could do this to any better team in T20's
