England team looks scary and what a final it would be if England and Pakistan make it to the top 2. A spectacle.

It will actually be a great final and I wish it happens. Both teams look pretty well rounded and it will be unfortunate if they miss out on a final appearance.

The Scheduling & the outcomes of the first week matches feels like India are already out of the tournament.

Yeah was wondering the same thing as well, the scheduling is messed up. Everyone in Group 1 has played 3 games each while Pakistan is the only team to play 3 games in Group 2, with India, NZ and Namibia playing only one game.

For now Group 1 is more interesting right now, with WI, SA, SL and Aus fighting for the second spot. Still think Australia are favorites to grab the second spot since they're playing Bangladesh and WI next, but with the thrashing from England today it's more uncertain that they can beat a WI that's been massively been boosted by Holder's inclusion and the bowling effort of the last game.

SA play Bangladesh and England, if they beat both they'll definitely be through on NRR but looks very tough to beat England right now.

WI play SL and Australia, need to beat both but probably need to thrash both to clinch second on NRR.

SL have a better net run rate than WI currently, but just can't see them beating England unless England have an awful day on those slow Sharjah tracks and SL probably need to beat one of WI or England by a large margin for that NRR to stay positive and stay afloat.

So the roles will be reversed tomorrow. India have not won against New Zealand in ICC events since 2003. We have lost 7 out of 10 matches against them. Hoping we get the selection right and while bowling, Sharma captains

That is really unfortunate and sad to see. Been to a couple IPL games and the Eng v WI game, there is a bit of a organizational deficiency with fewer police officers and they could do with more security to control a large crowd better, but wouldn't call it a complete organizational failure if you've got a large number of people not complying to basic etiquette. Some people from the Indian subcontinent don't have any decency and basic manners. When I went to an IPL game they were confiscating bottle caps from the water bottles, and a security guard told me that they were doing so because people were throwing bottle caps onto the ground during and after the game the day before. Really disgusting behavior. The fact that so many fans that paid good money and couldn't even get in due to an illiterate group of individuals is messed up and disappointing.
