So it ends up being not out as Miller survives! Heard Ravi Shastri saying on air that the temperature may go down as close to 11°C. So maybe dew factor might come into play (not too sure about the drop-ins having affected due to it).

Just hope either of Parnell, Rabada or Maharaj doesn't prove to be that one of the thorn in the flesh from the tail's armoury that India have struggled to bowl against!

He’s quietly become a world class T20 player. Might never get to the heights prophesied in tests but will be a class act in white ball cricket for years to come (unless he does a KL or Bairstow).

At this stage it just looks like the self conviction is preventing him from dropping down the order as he did do that in last year’s WC when the heat on him was far less.


He’s quietly become a world class T20 player. Might never get to the heights prophesied in tests but will be a class act in white ball cricket for years to come (unless he does a KL or Bairstow).

If you drop Bavuma down the order that's when you want players hitting sixes which is not something he does. Opening and playing aggressively - whether he gets out cheaply or not - is the best role. He needs to get better at rotating the strike, but he is another player, who is a middle order test batter, that looks out of his depth against the moving ball.
