Quite an ideal game for @Umair7 Mate!
AUS all the way for him... as an aussie or a pakistani fan :p

Impressed by Afghanistan. Continuing to play so well show their caliber.

Ibrahim Zadran (91 not out right now) has scored only one boundary in last 21 overs... Should up the ante since the innings is in the last 10 overs.

Hows the pitch? Is it easy to bat? Do you think Afghans have enough?

How the f did Afghanistan lost v Bangbros?

Very much of a game we have now... it's on! Ibrahim played real mature innings.. tad slow but beautiful.

AFG ... go and win it

Someone said in cricinfo....
That loss actually helped AFG to do what they're doing today

My first post here and I'll start with: Afghanistan will get iced out there. Australia will blitz this score in about 40 overs.

I feel sad saying that as they have played so well throughout the tournament but they lack that extra bit of spice to win the big moments and beating Pakistan will essentially be regarded as winning their world cup, much like Bangladesh in 1999.

May this be the reverse jinx that Afghanistan need.

The more I think about it, the more convinced I am that Afghanistan were screwed up in 2019 only cause of the last minute captaincy change between Asghar Afghan and Gulbadin Naib.

Nah, they just weren't very good in England, or in general. Jonathan Trott seems to have done wonders for the batting and mindset. They've got a genuinely good pace attack now and Gurbaz and Ibrahim weren't around then either. Overall improvement and better quality of players.

And no Eoin Morgan to brutalise them.
