Pretty much my thought. The pitch was starting to turn by the end of the first innings and even if not at the start I believe taking Jansen off after a couple of those dross overs and risking Markram with two lefties would have been a play.

Now they’ve got to bowl spinners against the two accumulators who probably would play risk free strike rotation till the side’s home.

Have not watched the game. Was the pitch bad? Pretty poor from South Africa.

So a team who would have won 8 wins in a row will face 10 wins a row team.

Only thing, Australia lost first two against India and South Africa and they are coming at both the teams in reverse order.
