No one cares and remembers whether the runners up had a great run or not. By saying this, we are just appeasing ourselves here. The truth is we were utterly pathetic in this game and haven't been able to cross this hurdle for 12 years now.

The skills are there, but there's a fundamental mental block that's prevalent. This has never been tackled despite the many warnings that we received over the years. So, don't really care about what we have achieved here-cause we do this every time.

Despite all the condolences about having a great tournament etc I feel this is the mood of Indian fans, coming close to World Cup glory this loss does hurt badly. Especially because of playing at home. As Ravi Shastri said it may be several world cups before India get close again.
