I think in general associates are more comfortable chasing. Netherlands certainly have what it takes to deliver an upset but it generally needs to be a faultless performance.

My favorite thing about that game was Pakistan was batting well and then someone (one of the Pak players) said in Punjabi "Canada is bowling too short for this pitch" - half the Canadian team was Punjabi and heard it and bowled fuller and Pakistan batting collapsed.
