With most of the active managers taking up teams already, it seems unlikely that these weaker teams will get picked up. Nevertheless, I'll keep the signups open for a couple days more just in case anyone's interested, than we can get down to business afterwards.

BTW, I think I'm gonna manage Gilgit Baltistan and try to keep them safe from being on the receiving end of a world record every match they play.

Seems unlikely that the remaining seven teams will get picked up, so it's safe to move forwards I presume. PS, no second teams for anyone. Unpicked teams will be put on autopilot, and I will take in managers mid-season should they magically appear. It's easier to offer up these teams to newer folks next season if they're unpicked.

SQUAD CONFIRMATION

Please trim your respective player pools to a 15-player main squad. Even though there will be injuries, the squad size will remain at 15 players since it's a domestic league and a replacement player can be called up anytime should someone go down to injury.

Captains can be changed, I marked them based on who I think should lead, but they can be changed, even mid-tournament. Also, do include at least one genuine wicket keeper in your squad. You can also use a makeshift keeper with bowling ratings reduction if you want, but that'd be quite unwise tbh.

Ratings

Players will be rated based on a whole litany of factors, including career numbers, recent form across formats, performances in previous iterations of the tournament, international exposure, franchise cricket exposure, standing in the PCT setup right now, simmer's perception of a player, etc.

Also, without any foreigners in the league, you'll see players have higher orbs than they did in the Pepsi Cup. One, because they've been re-adjusted based on format, and two, without foreigners the "power-scaling" amongst the local pool itself is a bit different than it was when there were foreigners involved.

HOMEGROUNDS

Each team will play two matches at home and two away during the group stage, so please do confirm your homeground's pitch type from the ones available here.

Also, I should offer clarification on how the player pools were sorted.

Each city's team obviously retained players local to that city, as well as players from cities closest to said team. In case of Balochistan, Quetta retained players from Quetta and every district bordering Quetta, while players from the remaining districts (not bordering Quetta) went to Gwadar. For Peshawar, players from Peshawar city were sorted into Peshawar Panthers, the OG Peshawar team, and players from other cities not named Peshawar but falling into Peshawar District went to Peshawar Cheetahs, which IRL is FATA Cheetahs, even though the region itself has been absorbed into KPK IRL.

For Karachi and Lahore, I drafted players from their IRL squads into their teams, and the remaining players went to where I saw them fit best in keeping with the teams' traditional identities, and also which of these teams some of these players may have represented in the past IRL.

Bottomline: Please confirm your 15-player squads and homeground pitch types!

Definitely a little short on frontline bowlers, the allrounders will have to cook if we want to make this work
