I've been seeing some posts on my Facebook where some players opted out of PSL play offs and finals due to security issues in Pakistan. Very sad to see the talent in sides dropping down due to security issue.

Given the limitation of cricket in Pakistan, PCB should probably consider organizing PSL in twin round robin format.

Phase 1: First round, in Pakistan. Whichever OS player wants to play, let them play. No force.
Phase 2: Second round, split in two-three countries. Rope in possibly some minnow countries like Nepal, Zimbabwe/Kenya, Afghanistan (I'm not sure about security) and UAE. Time zones don't vary greatly. Play offs and finals- UAE.

Pros:
Phase 1: I'm sure grounds would be more occupied than what it is currently in UAE, and the rent PCB has to shell out for the matches to conduct will also come down. Either ways, profitable to PCB.
Phase 2: Since OS players would make themselves available for Phase 2, people in minnow countries would love to see the biggies play, and it'll attract the crowds.
Pay the players per the phase, so that franchisees won't be losing out on money.

Cons:
Number of matches will increase, which will mean that Pakistan's international calendar will take a hit.
PCB should be able to continually attract crowd for matches in Pakistan, which is a challenge. People of Pakistan are hungry for live cricket, but that doesn't mean they'll watch all the matches.
Traveling and set up of Stadiums in Phase 2 will be a big challenge and @Ahad will have to work overtime ;)

Why is Amir captain for KK today?
Imad and Shahid injured. Morgan didn't travel. And even Rizwan could have been a better choice but there must be something behind this decision from our coach.[DOUBLEPOST=1521644563][/DOUBLEPOST]Very excited to see Danish and Mukhtar playing.

No Zulfiqar or Usama Mir for Karachi.

Peshawar going with one batsman short?

EDIT: So Usama Mir is playing.

M Amir feeling the pressure as a skipper. It wasn't perhaps a good decision to hand Amir captaincy.

If the PCB have one ounce of common sense, they'll have K Akmal and F Zaman as their openers for the 2019 WC.
With some promising youngsters stepping in, Kamran's chances are going to be limited, extremely limited.[DOUBLEPOST=1521647884][/DOUBLEPOST]I think Kamran had Umar Akmal in breakfast.

Interested to see how Mukhtar does. Remember, he smashed Zimbabwe all over the stadium in 2015
