24th Match, Group F: West Indies v Australia at Gros Islet

I just said that Tait has always had that wrapping on his arm. I don't know where you have been for the last 3 years or if you haven't seen him before today.
Why wouldn't he be allowed to have tape on his arm in the first place.

There's some rule in place that limits the amount of tape or otherwise on the bowling hand iirc, its not totally disimilar to that. In my opinion, having stuff on your wrists and elbows can help your action, just look at pool players who use elbow pads and wrist supports etc, to aid their arm action.

He's had a series of elbow injuries that started in 07/08; so the strapping is there as support for his elbow, not to assist his action.

West Indies falling apart. Need Pielard to step up and actually do something.

Pool players and cricketers, there is a difference.
Anyways if he wasn't allowed to have it then he would have been told to take it off a long time ago.

Not much chances he will.

:doh:doh West Indies You Have Better Potential Then This...

@ Dare you said to bring players with Balls next time around few pages and posts ago I think it's WE need to find now after this performance with Bat

That was poor from Ramdin, everything looked in slow motion with that wicket, even the celebration.

Not the first ones that struggled against this attack. Balls are there, the mind isn't.

Looks to be a good decision by WIndies to name two specialist spinners in the side, just need to get to 160 somehow first.

Ramdin has looked very average against us.

He's looked very average against every Test nation in the world tbh. Terrible batsman.

That is a jaffer from Smith. Made to look even better by the dismal batting of Keiron Pollard, but superb bowling all the same.

Smith's looking much better now than when I saw him first come into the side in the winter.

Well deserved Smith has looked really good today. Nice ball and well stumped by Haddin.
And now a caught and bowled, Smith on a hattrick :D

Smith on a hat-trick. Sammy gone first ball. This has been excellent bowling from Steven Smith, looks a very handy bowler for such a young lad.
