it was good effort from the tail. Bummed about U.Akmal's decision, he was looking set to play a big one. But these things are part and parcel of the game. That's what most people say that don't have a clue tbh. McCullum is far from our best one day batsmen, yes it helps if he gets us off to a fast start but Guptill, Elliott, Taylor and Vettori are all bigger wickets.

As usual, Vettori was the key for NZ's good bowling, I was expecting Bond to pick some early wickets, ut now if NZ play sensibly here, they can win,they are not chasing a big target,so there is not that muc hpressure on them,lets see would be a good contest bwtween Pak bowlers vs NZ batsman...

NZ are admittedly undermanned, but they have guys that can do this, a short total in fairly rewarding conditions. If Redmond plays his natural game, he might not be one to discount and even Elliott has a hundred against Australia.
