If someone makes a stadium that is good enough to be included, it wouldn't not be included in an attempt to keep an even number per country. Stadium makers should make a stadium they are familiar with and no one else is making, rather than focusing on finishing a list.

Of course you want one per country, but after that, surely as many as possible is best. If people other than jk/lm are making them, it can't impact release timing much at all.

You've got soft selection on. Wow, you really must have trained yourself to be an "expert in modeling" to not know that.

No dude! i don't have soft selection on. I know what a soft selection is i can simply turn it off by pressing "B", but it is some other problem. In soft selection, it moves other things around it as well but in my situation, it also moves the faces back a bit. I tried turning soft selection "on" and "off" but its still the same.

Ok i got it!!! It was soft selection but in Maya 2009 it is turned on and off differently. you have to do alt+ctrl+b.

MS Dhoni, having had a closer look at your models, there are loads of things which need tidying up. You've got edges crossing over, vertices not lining up etc.

At last the Colombo stadium is complete,main shape is complete som touch up is remaining.Not textures made though
Some Renders.Dont compare my work with that of LM,LC or JK i'm completely novice.Any buddy gonna help me in texturing???

Thanks for telling me that. I tried to improve the model and fixed as many vertices and edges as i could. If you see any other mistake please tell me.

Since i haven't looked at tutorial on rendering and other stuff, i can't seem to get the picture bright enough and when i apply texture, i can't see the texture the i've applied on the model unless i render it. (i mean i don't see the texture on the model while the model is in normal view) Anyone know why?

Also, other stands will look little better than this pavillion because i think pavillion is the hardest part to texture.

Thanks for the comments regarding the johnersberg stadium. i have a doubt guys regarding texture of the stadium. can i texture it as i like or Is there any format to follow( ie whether to texture each and every stand separately are whole stadium in one file) .
and resolution of the image (512x512) etc....

sorry MS dhoni but i wanna ask what is the need of making firoz shah kotla stadium now as the countries will have only 1 stadium and one stad. of india is completed which is eden gardens

plzz save your work for now and start making colombo or dhaka stadium
