This is disgraceful. It's a must win game, we got off to a flying start, Ryder shows some courage and stays out there for the good of the team only for us to screw it up. You would think with the score at 1-125, our batsman could show some application and stay at the crease, the run rate wasn't a problem, all they had to do was keep ticking over the singles and have wickets in hand for the end. In such a crucial match, it shouldn't be hard to capitalize in such a good position, now we're basically out of the tournament and to be completely honest it's been a complete failure.

Wouldn't be too pessimistic NZ. Guptill and Vettori are building a partnership up here, and if they get 250+ you'll always be in a shout. What might be more key is the fact that the SL top order might be nervous after being blown away by England and could end up repeating that.

Yeah I reckon. This game is by no means is over. Malinga has been a joke today. All he's done is bowled short and on this pitch its just been too easy. Now we'r just leaking runs. If NZ gets more than 250 after the collapse they had Sangakkara and co should be dissapointed.
