Announcement : Change in rules
Varun Rustagi, the CEO of 'A' Championships announced a miniature change in the eligibility rules' structure. He said "Those who have been following this, would probably know that maximum age for a player to play in these games is set to be 36 (+10 days). After contemplating this for a long time, the rulemakers of 'A' championships have decided to extend this cap to 38. Testing their fitness levels, I should also state that these would be prone to more injuries and a high fatigue and may possibly not play as swiftly as it is our convention. But we have left it on the team selector to decide."
(By the above statement, it is to be meant, that the players aged between 36-38, can now take part in the league, but they will be negatively rated for their age (also depending on their recent games)).

They are all getting old, and perhaps it would be around a -2 to -5 points down to what their actual rating would be. And if it isn't (incase the players are in form, then their rating might drop down by the ascend in match no.
And yeah, Sachin won't be allowed to play T20s for India A since he will always be on a national duty.

oh and Hashim Amla should be off international duty at some stage, since he doesn't play T20I's.
But he retired from all forms of International cricket, so why would he play for England A?
