India A took away the title of 'Warlords'; South beat North united.

South Africa A tour of New Zealand
South Africa A won all the three series, OD, T20 and FC.

Pakistan A tour of West Indies
Pakistan A clinched the OD series, but eventually lost the other two to West Indies A.

Australia A tour of India
Australia A shook India by bagging the OD series win, but Indians retaliated and took the FC and T20 series home.

England Lions tour of Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka A showed a massive improvement in T20s, trouncing England Lions 2-1, but the Lions eventually came back to seize the OD and FC ones.

T20 Knockout Challenge in New Zealand
Sri Lanka marched through the rankings to the top and to the cup.

Thus, another season of 'A' championship ended, as a success. Intense competition, exciting matches, managerial banter, made up the season. The North-South war held thousands of breaths across the world with India clinching the warlords title. We witnessed a thrilling match where South unitedly chased a score of 352; only to tie the match. The tours signified the spirit of cricket between the playing countries which continued outside the ground. The Sri Lankan minnows shook all others to clinch the most craved T20 title.
The end of season ceremony was a lavish one, the cricketers, the managers, the ex-managers; Brook Harris, Sartaj McDaniel, Dan Thompson, Muttahar Dar, Biggy (Kurtis Davidson) all were present.
The moment was cherished by all, the subtle environment, brought a smile on everyone's face.

So, we're done with this season, but as always, the thrill's not over yet. We will be back with a real cracker, the 'A' World Cup, promising you the best of this league. Stay tuned.....
