You must reinstall the game to its default directory .

i.e. you must install the game in

C:/Pregram Files/Codemasters/Ashes Cricket 2009

So that ultimately the location of the Big file is in :

C:/Program Files/Codemasters/Ashes Cricket 2009/final

From what i can make out , the game is not installed in this directory.


Give it a go & see the difference . BTW , if you are using 64bit Windows Vista you are in trouble as the game will install by default into

C:/Program Files (x86)/Codemasters/Ashes Cricket 2009/final

& not in

C:/Program Files/Codemasters/Ashes Cricket 2009/final

so just copy the entire game folder to

C:/Program Files/Codemasters/Ashes Cricket 2009/final

You don't need to install in the game in program files folder to get the editor working.

Try figuring that yourself. I would suggest you buy a legal copy of the game, if you want ask for any help on this site.

the editor did replace the stump texture,but only once......now i am not able to replace the texture

i got a problem with the editor, i guess....i replaced the default stumps with custom ones..and now when i try to replace those with any other texture,the editor easily replaces it but the problem is that the previous custom texture shows up in the game........can you help?

Known Issues
Importing into texpack files contained inside wad files not fully supported

It is a known issue, and I had informed AngryPixel, before he made the stumps, about it.
