Yaa you are right but i have not cut that render i got it from precuts thread just let me know how is background so i can imrpoove.

When picking a render look for HQ renders. The best thing to do is just learn to cut yourself. I couldn't find a good Flintoff render, so I just found a nice HQ picture of him and made the cut myself.

The background is pretty dull. And those random green brushed don't look good. Always try to use colours that will suit the render. Also try following tuts, and not freestyling.
