Aditya-You need to improve a lot lot and a lot.
See In this wallie your render layer is below the brushed layers as far as i see it. If you place your render layer over brushed layers and try to blend the render with the background it will be much better.
Don't rush your work just try to improve and then post as all your work seems to be the same and at same level.
Just an advice for you to improve.

@Pietersen wallie-Is there any background,the background should suit the render,Even if the backgroung is nice also,it should suit the render,Then only it will be nice,I think you are not obeying the advice.If i do any gfx means it will take atleast 30 layers.So add what ever which suits the render.Btw search Deviantart.com,I think you are not concentrating much on gfx.If you concentrate means you can do best.

Again the background doesnt suit the render.....
also you have tried to blend the render....which is good but is still not up to the mark
also try using some effects like shadows on the render
and try improving the text
