Review parameter -> Test Bowling (or ODI Batting or all of them)

Review parameter
Test Batting: 2 (main) + 1-3 (reserve)
Test Bowling: 2 (main) + 1-3 (reserve)
ODI Batting: 2 (main) + 1-3 (reserve)
ODI Bowling: 2 (main) + 1-3 (reserve)

You can register for one, two, three or all four parameters.
