I'm facing a problem. I don't see the smileys, the option to bold/underline a text, fonts, and colors in the reply box.

That may be the result of a change in your editor option, go here > http://www.planetcricket.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions scroll to Message Editor Interface and make sure Standard or Enhanced is chosen.
If that doesn't fix it, check that you haven't disabled javascript.

Cheers. It was set to basic, I changed it to enhanced. The problem's fixed.

I liked my policy of excessive banning/infractions. There might have been one or two given a harsh deal, but it did stop the majority of the problem. Then again, ever since I resigned I haven't even visited those forums (and don't plan on!) so wouldn't be able to tell how bad the problem is.

Very tempted to put a stop to the 'preview' threads. Threads showing off things you won't be able to post for months seem very pointless

Why most (2-3) of the topics are closed in the Never ending section? aren't post count disabled there? it hardly matters, it's for fun, i cant understand what bothered the person closing them. Closing them was too harsh, these were the threads from long time

Still closing them was too harsh, at least the Avatar thread should be opened cant help out for the guys who post again and again, a post from you a reminder, could have done the job or from whitehornmatt. (he sounds more serious )
