Any Improvements?

Not sure if it's possible, in fact it probably isn't, but I'd like to see a graph of my post count from week to week since I've been a member.
When I first joined up I hardly posted, then slowly and slowly posted more, and it would just be interesting to see what a graph looked like showing it.
Maybe if possible something like those Wikipedia graphs, where it shows career average (average posts per week) and last 10 innings average (last 10 weeks).
It's not important, I just think it would be a nice addition if possible.

It's *possible*, but it involves the server going back and counting each of your posts in each period, which puts a not insignificant amount of load on the server, in the same way as calculating people's 'true' post counts would.

Lol, it depends what you mean by "that sort of thing".
I don't really care about my post count in general, as if I did I wouldn't be posting in the leagues section, it was more just so I could see over time when I became active and stuff like that.

I've actually been wondering as well

At the end/middle of last year I started posting in the cricket discussion forum, mostly in international events and domestic cricket. At the start of this year I started posting in the cricket leagues, and all the other forums. Probably in the past half a year, I've made over 1500 posts (including uncounted ones). Big change from my first year when I made about 100, mostly in the ICC forum

Also, is it just me or has the server been really slow/not responding over the past two hours?

You mean notifications, right? Also for every post that gets reported, a blank post report is being generated as well.

During downtime, does the speed becomes very slow or we cannot access PC at all ?

If you are talking about the announcement, you will be unable to access PC at all for that period. As I say I will try everything to minimise that downtime and will do absolutely everything I can do to keep it short.
