What exactly is the reasoning behind you creating a new thread? Especially when you already have 2, lost interest in one of them and not even finished the other? Don't know which rulebook you're reading from, but it certainly isn't the PC one.

I would've shut this league if I was online when he started it, but I wasn't, and closing it now wouldn't be fair to the people who have already commited to it. He shouldn't of tried running two leagues before because he still hadn't finished one like you say, and now he's put himself under that pressure again. I've already told him where I stand, so the onus is now completely on him to get the job done because he won't be starting anymore threads.

Anyway, end of discussion please because I just deleted half a page of spam here before.

He's changed the format of the tournament to 40 overs. So I guess this could pave the way for the potential return of the ELA or Biggy's APL maybe?

There's not really any rule saying that there can't be two leagues with the same name, although of course everyone is encouraged to come up with something original. Atm there's two "Premier Cricket League's" running, and in the past there's been like five IPL's running at the same time. If someone started a NZPL tomorrow, that's not going to stop me from bringing my one back in a couple of weeks time like I'm planning to. :p

Also he does have have a different playing XI make-up to what I've seen before, as well as the format like you say.

Thanks,Callum but my other league has already completed nearly 7 rounds only 3 rounds left.So I guess it was a ideal time to start this for me!:)
