Are India and Pakistan playing each other too often?

It shouldn't, but one-off test matches are very difficult to stage. Especially in a country like India. We will have a full-scale political war to decide which zone and stadium should be awarded the game.

I totally disaggree pakistan and india match are really often, however they are the most interesting to watch, tuns of excitement especially bettwen the two countries so the more matchs they held the better for the audience!!

i think they should play every 2years.. becasue it wud live up to the hype ppl will be saying "afridi gna hit 200" "sehwag going to go mad" etc.. comments like that make it much more awesome to watch, if they play every year, ppl will be like "again, its getting boring"...

So please PCB & BCCI every 2 years please... I can't wait to see Pak vs Ind at WC2007.. thats is going to be awesome.

so it looks like pakistan and india will play every year now

The PCB chairman, said in a Press Trust of India report: "After India complete their tour of Pakistan sometime in January-February next year, the two boards will discuss this issue."

So they have yet to decide if this is going to be an annual event or not. Personally, I think every four years would be better. Just think of the excitement going round when the series finally happens after a four-year period. It'll be like the ashes.

Four years? man that would make it too awful. I would personally love a 1-2 year break between each series. Anything above one year would do very good to the excitement of the series between both the high profile teams. Now, they are playing often to ease the tension between both the countries and now its slowly turning into friendship.. but in future, it should be after a 1-2 year gap

Whenever they do play, the visiting team should not win always.

I wouldn't bother. The boards are busy minting money (without appreciation for the fans) and do not have time for such messages.

Cricket boards are getting richer.
Players are getting richer.
Sponsors are getting richer.

Cricket Fans in meantime are getting foolish.
