MATCH REPORT
Good Things come in 3's as Williams, Bichel & Warne all claimed 3 wickets
AUSTRALIA played Worcestershire at Worcester in the third Tour match of the Ashes series.

Australia bowled well to claim the first 2 wickets of the game in the first 7 balls, 2 deliveries apart from each other. 26 Runs were added before Smith was out caught at cover, and Worcestershire were struggling at 3/32. Not much more to smile at for Worcestershire losing 2/5, and in real trouble at 5/45. But a stead 25 runs partnerships between Batty and Hick put them back on track, getting the score to 5/70 before Hick the danger man was out misjuding the skidding ball from Warne, getting trapped infront for 43. The next 3 wickets were taken within 10 deliveries. Liprot and Kabir Ali added 11 runs between them before Williams claimed his 3rd wicket.

Worcestershire were trully out of their depths as Hayden and Gilchrist both dominated play. They were batting at a steady rate of 4 runs an over all innings. The match was made worse when Hayden was dropped on 28, but they were not made to pay, with Hayden only adding another 12 runs to his tally before he caught at Mid Wicket for 39 runs. Gilchrist and Ponting finished off the innings, pretty cautiously, but Ponting still managing to score at almost a run a ball. The MOTM was awarded to Shane Warne with figures of 3/8 off 3 overs.

Australia next head over to Chester Le Street to play the Durham.

MATCH REPORT
McGrath gets 8 as Australia Dominate
AUSTRALIA played Durham at Chester Le Street in the fourth tour match of the Ashes series yesterday.

Mustard was the first of many disappointments for Durham, leaving the ground only facing 1 delivery, mistiming a ball to cover. Peng was caught of a Gillespie No-Ball when he was on 1. But he didn't make Australia pay, getting out off McGrath's next over, adding only 1 more run. Wells was out 4 balls later and Durham were struggling at 3/13. They lost 4 more wickets for only 21 runs, and were looking like they weren't even going to score 50 runs. But the tail wagged, with the bottom 4 batsmen adding 44 runs between them. McGrath was the key to Australia, taking career best figures of 8/22 off 9 overs.

Australia have batted well thoughout this whole series, and this match was no different. Even the changed batting line-up wouldn't lead to their demise. Damien Martyn and Michael Clarke opened the batting for Australia. Clarke started his innings perfectly, leg glancing the first ball to the square leg fence. They didn't make 1 single mistake throughout their innings. The Australian batsmen are looking in good form, and would be the favourites to take out the Ashes.

Australia next head over to Leeds to play England for the first ODI of the series.
