I would choose Sehwag ahead of Atapattu, concerning Ajit's eleven. Atapattu is an iffy ODI player, especially in Australia, I think. But I haven't checked up on the stats. But seeing that Sri Lanka was one of the worst affected areas, I think Atapattu should play simply because he's Lankan. I'm sure all 14 players will end up playing in the two matches combined.

The second game'll probably be played in Sri Lanka. I'm guessing. Or perhaps Chennai.

No Tendulkar or Shoaib. I can't see the Asia XI winning at all. The ICC XI bowling and batting is stronger than the Asian XI bowling and batting. If anything it will be a rather one sided contest.

I know Atapattu doesn't open but I was just referring to Ajit's XI. I guess in that case Sehwag or Sachin would come down the order. Since Sachin isn't playing, it's going to be Sehwag and Sanath to open. Let's hope they blast off. It's a charity match so I'm sure it'll be fixed to be a close encounter.
