You are just repeating what I said , if the Aussie comits a crime in England he will be tried under English law but if the crime was committed in Aussie that it will be Aussie Law.
These two committed the crime under PCB jusrisdiction so PCB Law applied if the crime was committed under ICC supervision then ICC law would have applied. I am not saying these two guys are angels, they just had good lawyers.
