Please forgive me, but Tikolo isn't in the player pool, shouldn't that mean that anybody cannot trade him in? If not, can I trade in any Associate player in even if he is not on the list?

There was an announcement a little while back that Tikolo was out of retirement for this season - I just haven't got round to tweaking the player pool.

But yes, you can pick players who aren't on the player pool if you can prove that they haven't retired and that they are qualified for an Associate nation.
