Who does the rest of the world involve?

Any player (All Time) who played for countries not from Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa and the West Indies.

In practise however I would expect it to probably be made up of Sri Lankans, Zimbabweans and Bangladeshi's with perhaps a representative or 2 from Scotland, Kenya and/or Ireland.
