Steven Smith certainly has the wraps on him. Right now hes more of a batter than a spin bowler, becoming a full time spinner could be difficult for him as he definitely has something with his batting. Doesn't have the classical leg spin action like Shane Warne does, but he believes Smith has a good leg spinner. I haven't seen him turn it much when he pitches it up, he turned a few that were short. Warne also said he needs to be given 5 years before being considered.
If we are going with spinners, Cullen Bailey is the most promising of the youngsters. Did well when he finally got a game for SA last season. Luke Doran, left arm finger spinner is also rated highly by other members.
