Australia in South Africa Oct-Nov 2011/12

Wow just watched Australia crumble. Can south africa win from here

Can't believe 21/9 became 47 ao. What's wrong with you SA? Had a chance to utterly humiliate Australia and choked :D

My understanding is that if Aus win this test SA can't go number one before we play them next summer so Go Aussie!

*Runs off to take shower*

Thats why nothing can match a test match. It allows teams to come back from situations which are impossible in a ODI or T20 :clap

Made a couple of predictions today - nailing one right, and the other almost.

#1: Tipped SA to not avoid the F/O when they required 12 runs with 5 wickets in hand.

Result: Got it wrong by 12 runs, though I was almost there until the last wicket partnership.

#2: Tipped the side that would bat following SA's first innings to be bundled out for a score less than 50.

Result: Bang-on!

Games like these only help making Test cricket richer. Dhoni was absolutely spot-on when he tipped another 2000 tests to go by, on the eve of the 2000th test match (1st test between England & India). No wonder its branded the 'pinnacle' format of the game. :)

The ACSU want a word with you...

Test match cricket at it's very best. What a day it was, for 90% of the day we see wickets falling and then two SA batsmen, Smith and Amla look like building a partnership. Tomorrow is gonna be a interesting day in this test match, I support South Africa to win this match. AB to win it for them. :D

I don't agree. Ultimately test cricket should be an even battle between bat and ball. In recent times we've clearly seen way too many flat decks but this one, despite the way SA are batting second innings, looks too much in favour of the bowlers.
