LATE CHANGE

Jut hours before the 3rd test begins the Indian's have been forced into a late change. Mohammed Kaif, who's good batting form earned him a call up strained his hamstring in the teams warm up. V.Singh has been given the vacant spot. Now the Indian's are down a batsmen and badly disadvantaged. It is reported that Singh will be used in the middle order and will also bowl a few overs.

EARLY STRIKE FOR AUSSIES

Brett Lee has made a good start to the innings and given the Aussies a great boost with the wicket of Virender Sehwag for 14. The desicion to bowl has really helped the Australian's, with lots of seam and cut away and into the batsmen. Sehwag was caught cutting on the backfoot from a leg cutter which took the edge and gave Gilchrist an easy catch...

LUNCH DAY 1

R.Dravid 34*
V.Laxman 13*
IND: 1/68

G.McGrath 0/24 (11)
B.Lee 1/30 (11)
S/Warne 0/10 (6)

Summary: A good positive start for both teams. The Aussie's claimed the vital wicket of Sehwag while the Indian's are surviving the tricky overs at minimal cost. Some good play is ahead...

what patch are you using is it Satishes V3? when i used that i got India out very cheaply mainly edges i'd like it if i got a decent amount of edges and the cpu still scored. and btw are you playing on hard maybe thats it i play on normal.

any i really like youre story and the way it is presented keep it up

Yeah do you play it on hard cricket 60, I don't many edges either?
Anyway Shewag is a big wicket for the Aussies, Dravid is one they want now.

yh i think he is because i have started on hard same patch and im not getting many edges and the cpu is finally scoring runs but i have got like 5 edges and 2 out tune into my new story

I play on hard mode.

And Sk8tr, I try to bowl like real cricketers do, any one can bowl just short of a length and get the CPU to edge it to the keeper on CK25. I bowl a couple full and swinging so the CPU can score but has a chance of getting an edge but I also chuck in some bouncers and half volleys which is a more productive way for the CPU to score.

Match is nicely poised here, with India putting up a strong resistence. Just to quote myself and everyone else, amazing presentation:)!!!

i dont pitch the ball short well thats only if i am using Docs patch they never play a backfoot shot unless u pitch short and they dont edge its just a shot that goes towards the slips in the air but with satishes one i bowl proper line and lenght because thats what usually gets edges but they are scoring at a good rate

plez tune into my new story and gimme ure veiws

and btw how the hell do you bat with Satshs V3 i mean every backfoot shot i play edge out its just hard to bat no matter how well i time the shots it still edges sometimes when it goes lets say offside the commentators still say its a edge and my confidence goes down i have to change files to tutsis or summin to bat. so could u tell me how you bat with it thanks mate btw love the story

DRAVID FALLS

The Indian's are very much in control of the game despite loosing Rahul Dravid for 60. Dravid, who had just made his 50 went on the attack but was caught infront and given out. The Indian captain was given a hearty applause as he left which shows how solid the innings was in tough batting conditions...
