LANGER OUT

Justin Langer has finally been caught just before he reached his 50. Langer was drawn into one of his cover drives but was beaten for pace and nicked it to Gambhir at first slip. Langer did his job well and saw off the new ball but should have gone on to make a bigger score

PONTING GOES

Ricky Ponting was chopped one on for 32. Sachin Tendulkar was the bowler, Who is obviously trying to make up for his duck in the first innings. Ponting tried to cover drive a wide ball but the ball spun past the bat and onto his glove which then fell onto the stumps. The Indians now need to apply the pressure and get more wickets to stop the Aussies getting over 300...

MARTYN OUT

The Indians have made a remarkable comeback with the ball by getting 3 batsmen out for just 1 run. First it was Langer then Ponting and now Martyn. Damien Martyn was caught in front by a good cutting delivery from Khan for just 1. The Aussies now desperately need a partnership to recover their innings...

KATICH STUMBLES

Simon Katich has failed in his bid to save the Aussies. Katich tried to loft one over the infield but misstimed it straight to cover where Yuvraj Singh again took the catch. The Aussies are now on their final legs as Gilchrist walks to the crease to join Hussey...

AUSSIES CRAWL PAST 200

The Australians will be disappointed with their performance in the second innings with the bat. They only were able to get 207 after a positive start. They will now have to perform well with the ball as the total the Indians are chasing is very reachable...

INDIANS LOOSE EARLY WICKET

Gautam Gambhir has again failed opening after being caught behind for a duck. Gambhir was drawn into a cover drive but only managed to nick a simple catch to Gilchrist. The Indians must form a partnership if they want any chance of chasing the total?

TENDULKAR GONE

The Aussies have claimed another vital wicket, that of Sachin Tendulkar. McGrath has now claimed his second; Glenn bowled a beautiful outswinger which Tendulkar edged to second slip where Ponting took an outstanding catch to remove the little master?
