Yuvraj tried to slog one over the rope but was caught on the boundary by Glenn McGrath off the bowling of Brett Lee. The Australians have taken a 1-0 lead in the 5 test series after defeating India by 57 runs. The Indians looked to be on track for a win at the end of day 3 but it was not to be, with 3 quick wickets falling for around 30 runs. The next match is in Adelaide...

Rahul Dravid has expressed his feelings towards his teams performance at the WACA." I was disappointed with the loss but was also encouraged by some of the performances under pressure." The Adelaide oval has been the stage for some big scores between the two sides and the conditions and pitch promise to do the same again. We can expect full crowds all most every day as the atmosphere builds in Adelaide. Expect changes to both lineups as one or two key players missed out last week at the WACA...
