Australian Domestic Cricket

Selectors don't seem to rate him, I can kinda of seeing where they are coming from as when you watch him bowl he doesn't look like much. But you cannot ignore his record, you would be hard pressed to find another spinner in Australia that has an average of 23 and a strike rate of 48.4. To put that into perspective, Copeland strike rate is 50.2.

Geez Hilfy is coming good here. He's getting his arm and wrist into the right position; the late inswinging ball just too good for Warner and Khawaja.

And a close lbw shout, pitched on middle, but probably swinging down leg.

Hmm 6 wickets fallen already this morning. Hopefully we can survive long enough to put a few on the board and then tear into them. Looks like some showers forecast today and tomorrow though, so I think Tassie has accomplished their mighty draw.

NSW are prone to a collapse as much as the Aussies so the win isn't out of the question. Sounds like Hilfy has got his huge swing back, I just hope he can keep it going as hes been as hit and miss as Johnson and Siddle.

Yeah I can see a collapse in our haste to make runs too. Don't think we have any chance to win now really, hardly enough time as it is and if any rain comes it's see ya later.

Wonder if this late form by Hughes will be enough to keep his spot. Still needs to go on and I'll probably jinx him but three 100s on the trot would be hard to ignore.

Words can not express how frustrating it would be if he was effectively dropped in good form after being picked in terrible form. Though he was simply an injury replacement for Katich, it would be interesting if they decide that he is in their best top six.

Aggressive tactic by NSW declaring with a 200 run lead. Would have liked them to hit out for the rest of the day and then declare overnight. We definitely had to declare just feels a bit pointless with only 4 overs to bowl at Tassie.

Ugh yeah fearsome tweak me.. Was watching the NRL game and just saw this. Definitely should've just hurled the willow until stumps.

Possibly to stumps and a bit into tomorrow. Just don't think 200 gives them any chance.
