Australian Domestic Cricket

BBL? Geez that sounds like crap, just like the tournament will be.
As for ditching the split innings, this just makes that decision in particular doing it in a WC year all the more silly. The format itself was okay, we got the teams scoring a lot quicker but there is no point in having a different format unless the ICC confirm we are going that way.

To be fair, they rarely implement into ODIs rules that haven't been trialled in domestic leagues.

The ICC cant unfortunately since its lame duck, boards can do what i wants which is lunacy. Its crazy to think CA, ECB, CSA have been able to trail have domestic OD competitions that is not 50 over cricket all these years, before the ICC could even try it on the international stage (not that the ICC would have have ever tried it mind you).

That's much better, the standard of that comp wasn't where it should have been with so many under 23 guys in there.

I'm not surprised Cameron made the move to another state. NSW has plenty of young seamers coming through. Plus Hazelwood and Starc will be fit again this season. He's still a very good seamer, he should do a good job for WA.

It's going to be strange watching Birt & Rimmington play in yellow. :)
