That would be my team for our match tomorrow. I would probably start with Gan and Maybe bring Corica on for whoever is lacking in midfield.

It was a free transfer. Definitely one of the biggest transfers in the A-league...

Shite, he is at least worth $1,000,000. Wellington are lucky.

Isn't Cole a left midfielder.

He's a bit of a Dave Carney, put him where ever and he will perform tbh. (Well by where ever I mean Right Back or Right Midfield :p) We have a ton of mids but are a little short in our defence stock this season so I can't see him playing anywhere but there. But it's not un-usual to see him over lapping the left mid a lot to get crosses in. But Free kicks is where is forte is. Dead ball beast.

Ohh yeah. I put him at Right Back. He was played there last week so yeah and he played there a lot of last season.

That goal was seexxeehh. Great build up and finish. All the frustration I had throughout the game was let out when we scored as I like all Sydney fans went berserk. It was a bit of an even game tbh, both Sydney and Adelaide had period of domination but Sydney had more. After the first 15-20 I thought the midfield area was pretty even but Adelaide couldn't get past that. We were strong in the final third and caused all sorts of problems. It was a pretty good performance but it was sloppy at times.

Danning is a really good player. He outplayed Jamieson imo, beating him for pace a few times. He put in some good balls in and on another day he would of had a goal when he shanked his shot not long before half time. Corica put in a decent effort up front but struggled to give Aloisi any quality tbh. Colosimo was great in the air and shut down a majority of the attacks from Adelaide.

That winner for Wellington was a stunner if I ever saw one. Got a little lucky but dayyyuumm it was a good strike.

I know, but what do you expect? It's Perth Glory?

We are a joke, we thought we had a chance this season with all our new/big signings...

Nah you do, just be patient. You played well against Adelaide, and only just got pipped at the post by Wellington in terrible conditions. Both were away games too. Coyne, Burns and Sterjovski are all quality players but it's not instantly all going to come together. The problem against Adelaide was you guys were playing Sterjovski up front instead of wide. I think a 4-5-1 might work best for Perth with Dadi up front alone. Where did Sterjovski play against Wellington?

When you have a home game, I'll be betting on a win regardless of the opposition (Unless it's Sydney :D... If it's Gold Coast then maybe a draw)

Well, I didn't really watch the game, just had it on in the background... Yeah the conditions were terrible and maybe i'm being tough on my Glory.. But Wellington? Come on! That big loss to Fulham was a real eye opener I think for the club, we can't just expect results. Dadi up front alone is a must, he is just that type of striker.

First bit of A-league i've watched all year was right when Bolton stopped that penalty. It was a surperb save.

I'll get your mobile number and call you up every time the opposition is about to take a penalty so you can watch then. :)
